Breaking: Jon and Kate Agree to Divorce Terms

Is Jon and Kate Gosselin's "War of the Roses" over? Only Entertainment Tonight interviewed both sides after they met face to face in Pennsylvania on Saturday -- and apparently reached an agreement, in principal, on the terms of their divorce arbitration. Plus, we break news about Jon's love pledge to Kate! ET special correspondent Diane Dimond reports that after the feuding ex-couple met with an arbitrator for about five hours, both sides emerged to say they’d reached an agreement. Dimond says the arbitrator will commit Jon and Kate’s agreement points, along with his own recommendations, to a document. Lawyers expect to receive the document in approximately 30 days, and both sides have agreed to abide by whatever the arbitrator rules. Dimond says that after the meeting ended, Kate declined to comment, but Jon said he’d written his estranged wife a note indicating that he loves their children, that a part of him will always love her, and he will never let any harm come to her. Earlier, Jon arrived to the meeting with an apparent peace offering for Kate: a bouquet of roses. However, Dimond says that Kate left the meeting without the flowers. 'New Moon' Makes Box Office History

The studio behind 'The Twilight Saga: New Moon' tells "The Insider" that the eagerly anticipated vampire sequel sank its fangs into the most profitable, single opening-day ever. Summit Entertainment estimates that on Friday, ‘New Moon’ raked in $72.7 million in North America, surpassing ‘The Dark Knight’’s debut ($62.2 million). ‘New Moon’ also notched the best gross for midnight shows ever at $26.3 million.

Levi Johnston's Mother Sentenced to Five Years in Jail

"The Insider" confirms that Levi Johnston's mother Sherry Johnston has been sentenced to five years in jail, following her guilty plea to a drug charge stemming from her arrest last December. Sherry’s lawyer tells us she only faces two years of actual incarceration: Two of her five years were suspended, and she’ll receive one year of “good time” credit as well as credit for the three months she’s already served. She could possibly serve her time at home via an ankle monitor due to her lack of criminal history, her lawyer adds. Sherry also faces three years of probation once she gets out of jail or off the ankle monitor. Her lawyer tells "The Insider" that Levi and his sister Mercede were on hand for their mother’s sentencing, and the judge called this a mitigated and unusual case. The state said they expect Sherry to do well on probation.

Heidi Klum Takes New Last Name -- Hubby Seal's!

Heidi Klum finalized her legal name-change on Friday. Heidi's new last name became Samuel - Seal's surname - after a Los Angeles commissioner signed off on the name change, says People.com. The supermodel cited "marriage" as her motive for the change. Heidi and Seal have been married for more than four years and have four children together.

Bond Increased for Erin Andrews' Accused Stalker

A judge has upped the bond to $100,000 for Michael Barrett, the man accused of surreptitiously filming ESPN reporter Erin Andrews. Barrett, who was in a Los Angeles court on Friday to face one count of interstate stalking, has posted bond, his attorney tells the Associated Press. He was originally free on a $4,500 bond. Barrett is set to be arraigned on Monday.
