Donald Trump and Omarosa to Work Together?

Are Donald Trump and former feisty "The Apprentice" contestant Omarosa Manigault Stallworth planning to work together again? The Associated Press reports that Trump is partnering up with the TV One network on a dating series starring the reality TV star. The series, dubbed "Omarosa's Ultimate Merger," will consist of eight episodes and will follow her quest to find love among a dozen bachelors, says the AP. The show is scheduled to air on TV One next spring.

Update: Jennifer Lopez Granted Temporary Restraining Order

Jennifer Lopez has reportedly been granted a temporary restraining order that will bar her ex-husband from distributing personal home video footage of the actress. The Associated Press reports that a Tuesday order from a California judge bars Ojani Noa and his manager Ed Meyer from distributing 11 hours of video, including footage of what Lopez claims to be sexual situations. Noa and Meyer wanted to distribute the proposed film, 'The J.Lo and Ojani Noa Story.' Noa claimed that the footage did not include anything sexual, according to the AP. Lopez and Noa were married in 1997.

Letterman's Alleged Extortionist Claims He was Only Trying to Sell Screenplay

Robert J. Halderman -- the TV news producer accused of attempting to extort over $2 million from David Letterman -- asked the courts to drop the case, claiming he was only trying to sell a screenplay to the "Late Show" host. In a New York courtroom on Tuesday, Halderman's attorney requested that the attempted first-degree grand larceny charge against his client be dismissed, the Associated Press reports. "There was no extortion. There was a screenplay for sale," Halderman's lawyer Gerald Shargel told the court, according to AP. Prosecutors are claiming that on Sept. 9, Halderman demanded $2 million from Letterman in exchange to keeping quiet about some of the talk show host's prior romantic relationships.
