Jennifer Lopez Sues Ex-Husband Over Alleged Home Videos and Movie Project

"The Insider" has obtained a multi-million dollar lawsuit filed by Jennifer Lopez against her ex-husband Ojani Noa, who Lopez claims is trying to release a movie about their marriage as well as home-video footage of her. The story follows: Lopez accuses Noa and another defendant, Ed Meyer, of producing and marketing a proposed feature film called ‘How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The JLo and Ojani Noa Story.’ The star singer and actress contends that such a project would violate a settlement agreement (containing non-disparagement and non-disclosure clauses) she and Noa entered into in 2005. Lopez also alleges that Meyer sent her attorney an email stating that he’d purchased from Noa the “exclusive rights” to “11+ hours of previously unseen home video footage” of the ex couple. She claims a second email from Meyer to her lawyer described the footage as showing Lopez “in [a] revealing lack of clothing, and in sexual situations, especially in the hotel room footage from [her and Noa’s] honeymoon.” Lopez is suing the defendants for no less than $10,000,000. She and Noa married in 1997 and divorced less than a year later.

Report: Susan Boyle to Sing on 'Dancing with the Stars'

Scottish singing sensation Susan Boyle is reportedly set to impress with her pipes on "DWTS." The 48-year-old " Britain's Got Talent" finalist will head to L.A. for a "Dancing" appearance early next week, her rep tells People.com. Boyle's new album, I Dreamed a Dream, is expected out Nov. 24.

Dennis Hopper on Cancer Battle: 'Everything's Good Right Now'

Dennis Hopper opened up on Saturday about how he’s been feeling since his manager’s announcement last month that he’d been diagnosed with prostate cancer. Hopper, who was attending the Breeders’ Cup horse-racing event in support of The V Foundation for Cancer Research, told the Associated Press he’s begun receiving a new, experimental treatment at the University of Southern California that he believes has “great promise,” and he added, “Everything’s good right now.” Despite the recentness of the announcement about his diagnosis, the 73-year-old Oscar-nominee said he's been fighting cancer for nine years.

Breaking: Joe Jackson Seeks Allowance from Michael Jackson's Estate

Michael Jackson's father is trying to obtain an allowance from the late singer's estate. "The Insider" has obtained court documents filed by an attorney for Joe Jackson in Los Angeles on Friday, in which the 81-year-old is seeking an allowance from his son's estate. The papers state that Jackson "has been without support since the death of his son…," and "is in urgent need [of] funds to maintain his household." Jackson's attorney also says in the document: "For reasons which [were] never explained, [the special administrators of Michael Jackson's estate] excluded Joseph Jackson from their petition although they knew that Michael Jackson had supported for many decades his father….” The papers also state that Joe Jackson suffered a stroke in 1998, was hospitalized in 2004 for stomach ulcers and "was dependent upon the money provided by his son, Michael Jackson, through his wife, Katherine Jackson, for his support." The AP reports that a judge has approved $26,000 in monthly payments to his mother and $60,000 monthly for the care of his children -- "Prince" Michael, Paris and "Blanket."
