2008 was the year of Tina Fey and Robert Downey Jr. So who will be on the "it" list for 2009? The Insider has investigated, and here are a few of our favorite stars who are paving their way for 2009 to be their year!

If 2008 wasn't the year for Taylor Swift, then 2009 definitely will be! She was the top-selling artist of '08, selling more than four million albums. Her second album "Fearless" was just relesed in November, so we certainly expect many more #1 songs and an amazing tour to look forward to!
