Kelly Clarkson was asked to kick off the 2012 Super Bowl by singing the National Anthem and homegirl did our country proud, ya'll!
Hewing close enough to the original composition to be respectful, but adding in enough of her own flavor that it was exciting, Kelly served up -- what I believe to be -- the best version of U.S.A.'s theme song since Whitney Houston decimated that mother back in 1991.
