Nicole Richie has gone through many transformations and the one she's most proud of is, being a mom. The 27-year-old was known for hard partying, hanging out with Paris Hilton, drug use, and there's that little issue of her DUI. Not a great track record, but she's definitely turned herself and her life around - and she owes it all to her baby girl, Harlow Winter.
Nicole spoke with British Magazine New and explained how her life has changed since becoming a mother:
"I never took life seriously before. I'm in a completely different place now. I owe my baby my life. I have a responsibility now. I have to really be someone I want my child to look up to. I'd really like to show how much I appreciate the fact that I'm still here, because I almost didn't get the chance."
It's nice to see a celeb, who used to be totally self-absorbed, grow up and realize what's important in life! Good for Nicole.
