Sir Ben Kingsley says Mary-Kate Olsen was “in charge” of makeout scene

Sir Ben Kingsley, who stars in the upcoming film “The Wackness,” had some interesting things to say about his costar Mary-Kate Olsen…

In the film, Ms. Olsen plays a pot-head named Union who shares a long 20-second kiss with Kingsley. “She was completely in charge,” the 64-year-old actor revealed to People Magazine earlier today.

The lip lock takes place in a telephone booth and Kingsley calls it “a very passionate scene in the film.” “It went extremely well and she was very focused. She was very good, very professional. She was quite wonderful,” he says of the 22-year-old actress.

Though the scene is quite short, Kingsley still believes it will stir up controversy. He says, “I’m sure it will. (Her character) is this great free spirit, you know, she is equally seducing so it is a level playing field.”
