Joe Francis Claims Ashley Dupre Is Dropping Lawsuit
America's most imfamous call girl Ashley Dupre has spoken to the world recently via her MySpace profile and now it is being reported by Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis that she will drop her $10 million dollar lawsuit against him.

“She is [going to be] a no show,” Francis told Access Hollywood. “Her lawyer says that she is dropping it and issuing an apology to me.”

However, an attorney for Dupre tells a different story.

“The deposition was postponed weeks ago,” her Florida attorney Richard Wolfe told Access. “I am going on vacation for three weeks and when I return, we will re-set a new date. And if they settle, they settle. And God bless.”
