Desperate Housewives actress Eva Longoria was out to lunch in West Hollywood with her husband Tony Parker and some friends earlier today. They dined at Toast Bakery Cafe.

So what’s up with the outfit and hair? She looks like she is taking grooming tips from her friend Jessica Simpson. We are used to seeing Eva looking like a million bucks. In this case it looks more like she just got out of bed and forgot to brush her hair.
