Tara Connor Free To Resume Partying

There's a new girl under Donald Trump's thumb and her name is Rachel Smith. The Donald crowned a new Miss USA on Friday.  Thus relieving the freshly rehabbed Tara Connor of her Miss USA role model duties.

During the pageant, Tara was long-winded about her recent battles with alcohol (somehow the drug issue was just too scandalous to talk about).  Apparently her biggest achievement during her reign as Miss USA was getting caught partying her ass off.

Any bets on how long before pictures of Tara snorting lines off the chests of hairy men appear in the tabloids?  Given the beauty queen's speechifying during Friday's pageant, we're assuming it'll have to be at least a week.

We're amused by Tara's advice to the new Miss USA, though.  The blond beauty told Rachel Smith, "Be yourself and put your own flavor on the title."  Because Tara did such a great job of putting her own spin on the crown.

Rachel, who came to the pageant as Miss Tennessee, beat out finalists from California, Kansas, Nevada, and Rhode Island.  The brunette bombshell claims in her official bio: "I am a very strong woman of integrity."  Glad to hear it, honey, 'cause the Miss USA title needs some integrity right now.
