Lindsay's father, Michael Lohan, told OK! magazine exclusively that when he and ex-wife Dina Lohan separated for a brief period he had a relationship with another woman that resulted in a pregnancy.
Michael says, "Years later the woman contacted me, convincing me that I was the only person she was with and that she had my child."
The girl's mother is speaking out now stating, "It's time for Michael to take responsibility."
She claims he called her for her 13th birthday on June 12, but has never visited her or provided any financial support.
