"The Insider" has obtained the all-new court documents explaining the June 17 ruling which granted permission to Britney Spears' conservators to sell the pop star's Beverly Hills home. In the new papers, it says the temporary conservators believe they can find a more suitable residence with a larger backyard that would be more appropriate for Britney's sons Sean and Jayden.

The temporary conservators also believe, according to the papers, that they can find a home in a quieter, less trafficked neighborhood that is more accessible to parks and recreation for Britney's kids.
