In a recent interview, Molly Ringwald revealed that she would not mind filming a Sixteen Candles sequel. After such a long time and not being in the spotlight, could this make or break her “career?”
Writer-Director John Hughes was never interested in doing a sequel for reasons unknown, but the public can decide on that. However, Molly did say that she would be up for it if he signed on to do the project. After all of this time, would it really be worth it? Judging by John Hughes’ position, it might be best to leave it at the one film. Too much time has passed.
