"The Insider" has the latest...

With rumors of a breakup swirling around them (which have been denied by her rep), Madonna and husband Guy Ritchie were spotted hand in hand Tuesday night in New York City where they enjoyed a dinner at the Italian eatery Cesca.

Madonna's rep Liz Rosenberg told "The Insider" on Tuesday that the couple has made "no plans to divorce."
