The adoption of Angelina Jolie’s new son Pax may have just hit a snag; sources claimed the twenty-nine-year-old heroin addict who abandoned the boy three years ago might extort money from Angelina and partner Brad Pitt. Even worse, the mother and father of the junkie said she might even try to re-gain custody of the boy if she thought she could earn a few bucks for drugs off the deal.

Pham Thu Dung allegedly became pregnant by a married man, and continued to use drugs throughout her pregnancy, resulting in a low birth-weight for her son. Two days after giving birth, Pham snuck out of the hospital. Her parents eventually gave the boy to the Tam Binh orphanage, where Angelina Jolie later spotted him.

The grandparents have no doubt Pham will try to come back into the picture soon.

“When she finds out that a rich movie star has adopted her baby, she WILL go after Angelina Jolie for money and make trouble for her. She may even try to take the child back.” And granny Nhan, 51, added: “We are delighted he has gone to such a wonderful home. But my daughter is very smart �" and she is also very stubborn, wayward and difficult.”

According to the grandparents, they were the ones to sign the adoption papers allowing Angelina to adopt the boy she now calls Pax Thien. Pham never signed the papers, which might complicate things in the future.

  • That's so unfair towards Angelina Jolie she thought that she is helping the kids and even though she wants a rainbow nation of kids. She has such a open heart when it comes to children just how long has she and Brad cared for the kid now the mother...
