BILLY BOB THORNTON's upcoming new comedy is titled 'Mr. Woodcock,' so it only seemed appropriate to send our very own CHERYL WOODCOCK to chat with the Oscar winner about everything from weight loss rumors to his brand new album.
"I'm at my kind of regular weight," Billy Bob tells Cheryl regarding recent reports claiming he is dangerously thin. "I weigh about 145 pounds. It's kind of what I weighed for a lot of years, except for some movies."
Speaking of movies, this fall, Billy Bob stars opposite SEANN WILLIAM SCOTT ('American Pie') and SUSAN SARANDON in 'Mr. Woodcock,' playing a gym teacher who winds up dating his former student's mom.
But until then, Billy Bob is keeping himself busy with a new album called Beautiful Door. The CD hit stores just last week and Billy Bob is planning on taking his music on the road.
"So do you have any groupies?" Cheryl playfully asks.
"Not that I know of," Billy Bob replies with a laugh.
