NICOLAS CAGE's 16-year-old son WESTON COPPOLA-CAGE is proof that skill runs in the family. The talented teen, along with his mom CHRISTINA FULTON, have created the new clothing line called Fulcage, and our CHERYL WOODCOCK is with the designing duo getting the fashion 411.
Weston tells Cheryl his dad was a major influence. "Of course, I'm inspired by my father, by his art," he says. "I appreciate what he's done. I think he's one of the greatest actors of all time."
Weston and Christina are using their talents for a good cause by hosting the First Annual Fulcage "Christmas with a Conscience" Fashion Charity Extravaganza tonight in Hollywood. The event benefits the Single Mom Foundation, an organization Christina founded to establish funding, opportunities and resources to improve the status and living conditions of single mothers in need. In addition to the fundraiser, a portion of the proceeds from the clothing line also goes toward the foundation.
"Starting this foundation was important to me," she says. "I felt that AL GORE is out there saving the planet and I'm out there saving single moms."
