Are you following this?  Amidst rumors that Alex Rodriguez has been cozying up to Madonna (who is rumored to be splitting from Guy Ritchie), it's being reported that A-Rod's wife Cynthia is livin' la vida loca with singer Lenny Kravitz (who is rumored to have been engaged to Nicole Kidman) in Paris.  Wait - there's more!  Kravitz and Madonna were romantically linked in 1990 after collaborating on her hit Justify My Love. Do these people think they're living in the '70s?

I'm not sure if this can get any more confusing.  What's next? Is Ritchie going to try and tap A-Rod's wife? Or Kravitz?

I'm kind of wistful for the good old days, when celebs just cheated with anonymous hookers and there weren't so many names to keep track of.
