Lindsay Lohan Celebrates 22!

Lindsay Lohan turned 22 Wednesday and Hollywood.tv was there for a busy day of birthday action as even the paparazzi got in on the act, singing "Happy Birthday" outside La Scala in Beverly Hills.

Then she and gal pal Samantha Ronson jumped into her SUV and headed to dinner at Magnolia before her big party at Teddys. The two left around 1 a.m. after a full day (and night) of celebrating.
