Matthew McConaughey & Camila Alves Have A Baby!

Matthew McConaughey and girlfriend Camila Alves welcomed a baby boy into the world Monday night. The young stud was born at 6:22 p.m. in Los Angeles, weighing in at 7 lbs., 4 oz.

A close pal of the pair told People.com, "They're so happy!"

No word on the tot's name yet, but I'm pretty sure he came into this world shirtless, and will probably stay that way well into his old age -- just like his pops!
