A bodyguard carried Maddox, 6, into the hospital on Friday, July 4 to spend time with his mom, while James entered the hospital Saturday through a side entrance and stayed for an hour and a half.

Security has increased at the medical center since Jolie, 33, checked into Fondation Lenval Hospital in Nice.
