Tinsley Mortimer, the famous Manhattan socialite who's certainly more famous for her red carpet appearances and hob nobbing than her acting skills, is due to guest star on the CW's "Gossip Girls!" I'll bet "The Tinz" is right at home on the Hamptons set, where GG is currently filming. She and Blake Lively were spotted sporting white dresses in the glamourous coastal town.

This isn't the first time a real life socialite has joined the Gossip Girl cast for 15 minutes of TV fame…Last year, Lydia Hearst, caused quite a stir when she made a cameo on the show.

I'm sure the night this airs, tivos all over the Upper East Side will be tuned into this episode. And while I can't exactly afford a New York penthouse suite, I'll join them by doing the same.

  • I am sickened by the importance your orgaization and others force into the daily lives of the people who will never be basle to have a multi-million dollar income. Your information does nothing to up lift the masses, instead they pollute the mind and spirit with envy and jealously. People fail to enbrace there own talents to lust after those that are contrived then forced down the publics throats.
