Looking tan and in takin'-care-of-business mode, Lynne Spears arrives in LAX on Wednesday after spending the past few months in Mississippi helping Jamie Lynn through her pregnancy and birth of Maddie Briann. So, what brings her back to the City of Angels? Some mother-daughter bonding with Britney, perhaps?
