Sources reveal that Otep Shamaya may appear on an upcoming episode of "ENTOURAGE"!  Of course, this is one of HBO's hottest series with Adrian Grenier, Kevin Connolly and Jeremy Piven.. This is only a rumor but I can only imagine the attude of the show with Otep's appearance!  Rock star meets Movie star!

Rumor has it Otep Shamaya is filming her own Entourage type reality show!!  Who will be on it?!!
