Meanwhile, The New York Post says that Cynthia is allowing the baseball star to visit their older daughter tomorrow in Toronto -- for the first time since the couple's marriage fell apart in plain view last week.
"Arrangements are being made that [the couple's three-year-old] is going to see her dad," Cynthia's divorce lawyer Earle Lilly told the paper.
The Post says that A-Rod, who'll be in town with his Yankees to face the Toronto Blue Jays, negotiated with his wife over the last day to get the visit.
Cynthia's attorney adds that her younger, 11-week-old daughter is too young to make the trip from Miami, but that she, too, will get to visit her father in time.
Cynthia filed for divorce in Florida on Monday July 7.
