Miss USA (2008) Crystle Stewart, tripped on the train of her evening gown walking onto the stage in Nha Trang, Vietnam when her name was announced for making it into the top 10. The Texas beauty queen recovered elegantly by getting back up, applauding herself and finishing her walk with grace.
The same incident happened to 2007 Miss USA Rachael Smith during last year's Miss Universe pageant in Mexico City.
