Khloe Kardashian has been ordered to surrender Friday to authorities and serve up to 30 days in jail for violating probation in conjunction to a 2007 drunken driving arrest, court documents show.
Kardashian, 24, was arrested for DUI in March 2007 and was later sentenced to three years of probation.
A Los Angeles Superior Court judge ordered the youngest daughter of prominent defense attorney Robert Kardashian to surrender to court Friday morning. It was not immediately clear how long she would spend in jail. She was also ordered to enroll in an alcohol treatment program within 21 days of her release and she will remain on probation, the court papers show.
Khloe is the sister of Kim Kardashian, and stars in the family reality series "Keeping up with the Kardashians" on the E! Network.
