The highly anticipated birth of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's twins Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline was a serious matter and the doctor who was responsible to make it happen says he definitely felt the heat, reports the BBC News.

When asked if he was nervous beforehand on Europe 1 radio, Dr. Michel Sussmann answered "for sure. ... there was pressure due to the couple's fame."

Levnal hospital (in Nice, France) where the twins were born said that it was "totally impossible" for any photographers to get any pictures.

It has been reported that the couple has sold their rights to the photographs of Knox and Vivienne to an undisclosed US magazine and will hand the money over to charity.
