I guess it's safe to say that Garrett Neff-mania is in full swing. In this clip from ExtraTV, we get a behind-the-scenes look at the making of Garrett's smokin' hot Calvin Klein underwear campaign. "I'm just a brief guy," the 23-year-old model explains, "that's what I wear." (Oh, my!) Just watching him jog past the reservoir in Central Park is more than worth the price of admission ...
