Andy Dick Arrested at The Insider

"The Insider" confirms Andy Dick was arrested early Wednesday morning in Murrieta, CA on suspicion of possession of drugs as well as sexual battery.

According to the Murrieta Police Department press release, "a 17-year-old female victim and several witnesses told police that as Andy Dick left the establishment, he approached two females outside the bar. Dick walked up to the 17-year-old female victim, grabbed her tank top and bra and pulled them down and exposed her breasts. He then was escorted by several of his friends to a truck which was stopped by arriving police officers in a nearby Sam’s Club a few moments later.

"Andy Dick was in the front passenger seat of the truck," the release continues. "A curbside lineup was conducted and the male was identified by the victim, as well as a witness. During a search incident to arrest, marijuana and Xanax were found in Andy Dick’s pants pockets. Andy Dick was extremely intoxicated at the time of his arrest. He was booked at the Southwest Detention Center."

Dick is currently still in jail on $5,000 bail.

i highly doubt that Andy is proud of his behavior...he has a substance abuse problem and needs help. jail will not help him. and he is not to blame for someone else relapsing...people are in charge of thier own recovery...they make thier own...

that is great it was clearly the xanax doing those things who hasnt taking a bunch of xanax and pulled a girls shirt down and not remembered it the next day, he will pay his bail then have to pay a nice fine..OffHeGoes..

I hope the judge gives him the maximum sentence---Dick's the one who got Brynn Hartman doing cocaine again after she'd been clean for 10 years, so really Andy Dick killed Phil Hartman. Someone ought to cap him and do the world a favor.
