The out-of-his-mind actor was arrested early this morning in California, on suspicion of drug possession and sexual battery. Cops say they stopped a van and found Andy in the passenger seat. They were told he was for a groping a 17-year-old girl and pulling her top down. When they he searched the actor, cops say they found marijuana and one Xanax in his pocket.
Nice. Loser. And I think this mug shot is going to give me nightmares for months. Great.
