Rachel Weisz to Hollywood starlets: Don’t diet

Unlike fellow Brit Kate Winslet who has whittled away her famous curvaceous ‘Titanic’ figure, Weisz is more than content to have a little meat on the bones.

She urged young Hollywood stars not to feel pressurized to diet and get skinny. She told the Sunday Times:

If you diet away your curves, you are dieting away your femininity. I enjoy dressing up, but you can do that without flagellating your body.

The 36 year old loves her curvy body and enjoyed the attention her breasts received when she wore a low cut gown at last year’s Venice film festival.

Having given birth just three months prior to the festival, Rachel added:

Luckily the empire line was in fashion. My breasts were still pretty huge and the dress just flowed, bypassing most of my body.

So it was a great moment for me – I coincided with fashion in a good way.
