Shreveport Police Chief Henry Whitehorn tells "The Insider" that, after reviewing police tapes, a Taser was used but there was no wrongdoing by officers in the Josh Brolin arrest case, and there will be no internal investigation.

As "The Insider" previously reported, Brolin and Jeffrey Wright, stars of Oliver Stone's forthcoming President Bush biopic 'W.', were arrested Saturday morning in Shreveport, LA. The actors and three other crew members were busted outside Stray Cats bar when they allegedly interfered with the arrest of a fellow 'W' staffer, who was facing cuffs for public intoxication and resisting detainment.

The Shreveport police were reviewing whether or not a Taser or pepper spray was used improperly on the actor and his fellow co-workers during the disturbance at the Stray Cat bar. They have audio recordings from microphones worn by officers and videos obtained from dash cams.

An arraignment date of Dec. 2 has been set. They or their representatives will have to plead their cases before Shreveport City Court Judge Harvetta Colvin.

Brolin and Wright both posted a bond of $334.
