The Associated Press has revealed that Britneys' agreement allows the pop star to visit her little boys -- Sean, 2, and Jayden, 1 -- three nights a week, plus two overnight stays for starters. If that arrangement goes according to plan, she could end up caring for her little boys about 40 percent of the time, her attorney Laura Wasser tells the AP.
Her lawyer told "The Insider" outside the courtroom today, "Britney is doing really well and she will have the kids overnight tonight."
According to OK! magazine, Federline will get sole custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James.
Britney lost custody of her and K-Fed's little boys -- Sean, 2, and Jayden, 1 -- last October, and saw her visitation privileges substantially reduced after undergoing psychiatric hospitalization in January.
