See More... That was fast! Mere hours after checking into a Los Angeles jail, Khloe Kardashian has been released. She was booked at 8:52 a.m. PT this morning and was declared free to go at 1:29 p.m.The reality TV star served time for violating her DUI probation.

"Khloe was prepared to serve her entire 30 -day sentence, if that was what the Sheriff's Department ordered," Khloe's rep told "The Insider." "However, due to jail over-crowding, she was released after a few hours. She was treated no differently than anyone else serving a similar sentence. Of course, she is happy to be out and she thanks the Sheriff's Department for its professionalism. She now looks forwarding to successfully completing the terms of her probation."

  • i am so sick of seeing these celebeities getting released hours after turning themselves in due to "over crowding" in the jail. they should serve the amount of time that they were given.!!

    • Agreed. This isn't fair to those that especially serve time for crimes they didn't commit. The little broad should've done the full time..."over-crowding?" Don't feed us this bull, this chick is running the same path as her sister...except it won't be glitz after the sex tape.

  • you've got to be kidding me, when it's someone who doesn't contribute to society at all they basically get a jail free card but when it's someone in the working class they have to fulfil their sentence, and if impoverished, they mine as well just go to jail ahead of time. On top of that she's not even a celebrity, just some fat girl whose sister was one of those Cheetah Girls.

That is what make you a special lady to me. I hope to meet you one day but if not I will just continue to write one of the most down women in the industry. All these people talking about celebrities getting release early because they are famous they are just jelous.

Her sister is a tard too she sucked big time on dancing with the stars you would think there would be some talent in that family ha ha.... I cant wait till they are off the air.... to think we all almost had a 30 day vacation from this tard.... guess not.... haaaaaaa
