The Season starts out with the lead character, Adrian Grenier's Vincent Chase, living with good friend Turtle (as played by Jerry Ferrara) in Hawaii. He is getting over the disappointment of his passion project Medellin.
Ari Gold ( emmy nominated Jeremy Piven) and Eric Murphy, Vincent's best friend and agent, are busy at work trying to get Vincent his next job......
And, so Season 5 begins......

Based on the list of celebrity guest stars this season, looks like we are a far cry from the fear of this show not returning to HBO due to the strike.
Kevin Connolly, who plays Eric Murphy, has it that Season 6 will still be returning in June 2008.
So, we will only have to go 7 months between the end of Season 5 and the beginning of Season 6 this time.
Who knows? Maybe they will surprise us and come back in April again instead!
