Patrick Swayze was spotted departing from LAX airport on Sunday looking healthy and happy as he headed off to film his new TV series in Chicago. The 'Dirty Dancing' star was all smiles after enduring months of treatment for pancreatic cancer, reports The NY Daily News.
While walking through security, a photographer approached the actor and asked about his health. He replied, "I'm a miracle dude, I don't know why."
Swayze flew into the Windy City to begin shooting the A&E drama "The Beast."
"I can't wait to work on this," he told the New York Times last month.
The 55-year-old stars as an unorthodox FBI agent with a problematic past. A&E execs said they decided to greenlight the show based on reports from Swayze and his doctors.
