Denise was back in a Los Angeles court today for a closed hearing, but a source close to the Sheen family told "The Insider" about the outcome: "There were little if any changes in the custody agreement, just the manner in which the children are transported from one house to another."
For her part, Denise told "Insider" cameras on her way out of the courthouse that she was happy with the decision.
In a statement just released to "The Insider," Charlie's lawyer, Fern Wender, said, "Charlie was very happy with the court commissioner only granting the innocuous portions of what Denise was asking for, and denying everything else," and a spokesman for Charlie added, "Charlie only wants what is best for his young children. It is unfortunate that Richards and her attorney are trying to create a media circus to help her promote her reality television series."
