Balthazar Getty Speaks Out on Marriage Woes

"The Insider" has confirmed the news that "Brothers & Sisters" star Balthazar Getty has separated from his wife and the mother of his four children.

Getty released the following statement to "The Insider" Monday about his marriage to wife Rosetta: "The breakdown of a marriage is a very difficult and painful experience especially when children are involved. In light of the fact that many pictures have surfaced in print and on the Internet which has caused myself and my family great embarrassment, I felt it necessary to at least acknowledge publicly that yes indeed my wife and I have separated and I will not be commenting any further."

Getty was recently photographed kissing actress Sienna Miller, who was topless at the time.

  • What a prick. This guy has given no consideration to his wife & children who can access all this on the internet. Sienna is a & I hope is sited for adultery in the divorce. These 2 make me sick.
