Rihanna 'Disturbia' Video and Lyrics

This is the official release of Rihanna’s “Disturbia video,” the sixth single from her third album, “Good Girls Gone Bad.”

Explaining the meaning of the album title, Rihanna said, “Bad is not sleazy. Bad has its own term to every individual and in my case it just means I’ve gotten a little rebellious on the album, broken out of my shell and I’m taking risks… Michael Jackson ‘Bad’ kind of way.”

Indeed!

Written by Chris Brown, Andre Merritt and Robert Allen, ‘Disturbia’ is a fast and upbeat pop/dance rhythmic song, following in the footsteps of ‘Please Don’t Stop the Music.’  However, the song takes on a dark tone with lyrics of mental anguish and confusion.
