Kelly Osbourne Is Not Engaged

Regarding her reaction I would say marriage is not on top of Kelly Osbourne’s list. And all that because she rushed to answer to all the rumors regarding her engagement with her beau Luke Worrell.

And I am glad I was kind of right saying they are too young to marry.

I always wear rings on this finger. Luke’s 18 and I’m 23 we’re not getting married.
