Colombian goddess Shakira wowed fans last night at the Giza Pyramids on her first concert in Egypt.
The hip-shaking diva who arrived the day before to El Cairo airport expressed her happiness because she has wished to sing in Egypt since she was a child.
Shakira told the local newspaper Al Ahram that she hopes to gain "the trust and love of the Egyptians, a country that appreciates art and music."
