The cast and crew has just finished a episode on a small Bahamian Island called Hope! they decided to leave Sacred heart hospital for just one episode in the bahamas! The cast and crew were shooting in a small town population 300 and they bruoght 84 people to add to the population! Bill Lawerence said that they were a third of the population and he laughs about it! The episode will air next season. The local officials of the island footed for the bill of the shoot and Lawerence was very grateful and said thank you! I wonder whats up next for this great comedy show!
