  • If he was not famous then it would not have broad casted across the world that the family had a fight. I am sorry but
    famous people have a life too. They don't need to be in the public eye 24/7. they have rights too

  • Its his own business what happens between him and his family. I don't think he would be antagonizing his mother and sister before the premiere of his biggest movie. They went packing home, so be it;

  • Yes, privacy is everyones right even if the person is poor, rich and or a celebrity!! The only time that privacy should be breach is in extreme cases of criminal activity. The facts remain we do not know what happen here and as such we should give...

  • Well, an act by his family or not, actors - like politicians - have no private lives.

    There is a lot of fame and fortune in pretending to be another person for a living, and that's part of the price. How many WOULDN'T trade privacy for MILLIONS...

  • It's sad when drug addled Heath Ledger is getting idol-like press coverage for his role in "Dark Knight", yet the first mention I see of the star is some domestic dispute. Why is Batman being villianized?

  • I absolutely do think it should be a personal matter. I would imagine the sister and mother are trying to hold him up for some money and if he ever speaks to them again, I will think he is crazy. We can't choose our family, but we can chose not to...

  • I believe we need to give them some privacy. I totally agree with the other comments. I don't see Bale as one to be abusive. Sometimes in family matters things get heated and then suddenly the whole thing is over embellished. Bale is great - give...

  • 1) You people act like the paparazzi are the bad guys, yet you go on encouraging them to do what they do, by buying celebrity magazines, watching TV gossip progams and even reading this column. If there was no market for this stuff, then there would...

  • No, stars deserve their privacy just like any other person. Yes, they are famous for their movies and TV shows, concerts etc, however, that does not give you the right to impede their passing through town, shopping, playing with their children and...

  • I still love Christian and it's not his fault that everyone wants to talk about it. We should listen to him and leave him alone. Team Christian all the way!
  • Let's wash YOUR dirty linen in public. Leave the Bat alone!!!!
