Fourth child on the way for Balthazar Getty
Brothers & Sisters star Balthazar Getty, 32, and his wife, children's fashion designer Rosetta Millington, are expecting their fourth child later this year, he tells USA Today.  They are parents to son, Cassius Paul, 6 1/2, and daughters, Grace, 5, and Violet, 3. USA Today will publish the full interview tomorrow, in which Balthazar speaks more about his kids, but teases with this quote from the actor:

Obviously, I can make babies.
