After sporting a funky, WTF Mohawk on Tuesday, Sanjaya has gained a whole new following of fans, particularly in fellow hair maven Ryan Seacrest. Thanks to Sanjy's puffy hair-raising incident, the Washington State born teen has acquired several new endorsements.
Sanjaya is still tops at VotefortheWorst.com and even Howard Stern has joined the "Save Sanjaya From A Career As a Head & Shoulders Model" campaign and encouraged his faithful flock to "Vote For The Worst."
And then there's the strange AI fan who has been on a hunger strike until Sanjaya is voted off of Idol- she didn't update her daily blog on Wednesday, and signed off following Tuesday's show with the cryptic: "Tomorrow is Wednesday, hopefully the day that will save my life." Poor girl's probably croaked by now.
Even Will Ferrell thinks Sanjaya's hair is cooler than an Afro in 1975.
"I'd love to run my fingers through it, if that's possible... but I may get in trouble for it."
We think he should shave it.
