The usually glammed-up pop icon is not only caught in public without her usual makeup, but she is looking shockingly skinny in this photo, shown holding hands with her daughter Lourdes Leon.

The New York Daily News is speculating that rumors about Madonna's marriage being in trouble and other stresses in recent weeks are now taking their toll on the Material Girl.
