 "The Insider" obtained footage of Shia LaBeouf's green truck being held, dented with broken windows, in an impound lot, hours after his early morning crash at Fountain and La Brea Avenues. 

We were at the scene of the crash and also at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where the 'Transformers' star underwent surgery on his hand right after the accident. "The Insider" confirms the hand surgery was "extensive" but that he will back on the set of 'Transformers 2' within a month.

Shia was arrested early Sunday morning on suspicion of drunk driving following a car accident in Hollywood that injured the actor and two others, according to a Los Angeles County Sheriff's spokesman.

  • Shia is still young and when your young you don't always make good choices.... He is a great actor and i think he needs to make better choices because there could be some terrible consequences for doing stupid things.

  • I THINK HE SHOULD LOOSE HIS LICENSE FOR ONE YEAR. hE COULD HAVE KILLED ONE OF MY CHILDREN OR HIS SELF. hE SHOULD SMARTEN UP, LOTS OF YOUNG PEOPLE WOULD LOVE TO HAVE HIS JOB.
