Just in: Shia LaBeouf's Hollywood booking sheet! The 'Transformers' star was busted early Sunday morning on suspicion of drunk driving, following a car accident in Hollywood that injured the actor and two others, according to a Los Angeles County Sheriff's spokesman. He was issued a misdemeanor citation and released to a nearby hospital for treatment.

 

We were at the scene of the crash at Fountain and La Brea Avenues in L.A., and also at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where Shia underwent surgery on his hand right after the accident. "The Insider" confirms the hand surgery was "extensive" but that he will back on the set of 'Transformers 2' within a month.

  • Shia was not at fault in the accident, the other driver ran a red light. he was drinking, even though he was drinking, he's a kid, he's gonna make mistakes and hopefully learn from them
