In an interview done before his alleged DUI Sunday,  Shia LaBeouf admits not knowing "how to have one drink," according to the new issue of Details magazine, on stands August 12.

According to Details, the 22-year-old action star addresses his recent minor brushes with the law, including trespassing at a Chicago Walgreens. He also gets candid about his family life, revealing he drank with his father.



"We would drink together and smoke together and it's just a bad deal," he tells the mag. "It's not something that is conducive to being a role model -- no iconic actors that I know of have problems like that. And I don't know how to do it like a gentleman. I don't know how to have one drink."
